Trikatu / Three Spice Formula
Piper longum + Piper nigrum + Zingiber officinale
Trikatu is an Ayurvedic formula of three spices (Long Pepper, Black Pepper, and Ginger) used to dramatically enhance absorption of all co-administered herbs and supplements. Piperine from both peppers and shogaols/gingerols from ginger collectively enhance bioavailability by 30–2000%. It is the archetypal Ayurvedic 'bio-enhancer' — taken with virtually every other Ayurvedic anti-cancer formula.
