Triphala
Terminalia chebula + Terminalia bellirica + Phyllanthus emblica
Triphala (three fruits: Amla, Haritaki, Bibhitaki) induces apoptosis in colon, prostate, pancreatic, and ovarian cancer cells. Gallic acid and chebulagic acid are among the most studied anti-cancer compounds. It also supports gut health and detoxification — critical during cancer treatment.
