Neem
Azadirachta indica
Nimbolide from Neem has shown cytotoxic effects against 25+ cancer cell lines including breast, prostate, colon, cervical, and pancreatic cancer. It induces apoptosis, inhibits NF-κB, disrupts the cell cycle, and interferes with cancer stem cell self-renewal. Neem also boosts T-cell and NK cell immune activity.

450 mg standardised neem leaf extract, 1–2 capsules daily.

- Very bitter — can cause nausea without food
