Cannabidiol / CBD Oil
Cannabis sativa (CBD extract)
CBD (cannabidiol) and other non-psychoactive cannabinoids show documented anti-tumour activity against breast, brain, colon, and lung cancers through CB1/CB2 receptor pathways, inducing apoptosis and inhibiting angiogenesis. CBD is widely used for cancer-related pain, nausea, anxiety, and sleep disturbance. THC additionally stimulates appetite in cancer cachexia. Dronabinol (synthetic THC) is FDA-approved for chemotherapy-induced nausea.
