250–500 mg clove extract daily, or 1–2 tsp ground cloves in food/tea daily.
Preparations
Clove Tea
Steep 3–5 whole cloves in hot water 10 min. Drink 1–2 cups daily.

Add 1–2 tsp ground cloves to spice blends, chai, rice, or curries daily.

Cautions & Interactions
- Clove essential oil is very concentrated — dilute before use
- High eugenol doses may thin blood significantly
