Spirulina
Arthrospira platensis
Phycocyanin in spirulina shows anti-tumour activity against oral, breast, colon, and leukemia cells. Clinical studies in oral cancer patients show significant reduction in leukoplakia lesions. Spirulina also rebuilds white blood cells after chemotherapy and provides complete protein critical for malnourished cancer patients.

1–2 tsp spirulina powder in smoothie with banana, berries, and coconut water. Fruit masks the strong taste.
