About iOnco

Our Mission

iOnco is built by patients, caregivers, and researchers to make cancer knowledge accessible to everyone — regardless of where they live or what they can afford.

Why We Built This

Too many cancer patients face a profound information gap between what mainstream oncology offers and what integrative approaches can add to the picture. Conventional care is essential — but it rarely has time to address nutrition, supplementation, mind-body practice, or the thousands of protocols that real patients have assembled through years of lived experience. Families are left searching alone, at the worst possible moment, across forums, PDFs, and scattered research papers with no reliable guide.

iOnco bridges that gap. We collect, verify, and surface real protocols from real people — patients, survivors, caregivers, and integrative practitioners — and pair them with referenced herb and supplement data and AI-powered guidance. Our goal is not to replace your oncologist. It is to make sure you walk into every appointment armed with the best possible questions, context, and options your situation allows.

What We Believe

Patient First

Every feature is built with patients in mind. We ask ourselves: does this help someone fighting cancer make a better-informed decision?

Evidence-Based

We cite sources, flag disputed claims, and never oversell. Promising early data is labeled as such — not presented as a cure.

Radically Open

Knowledge should be free. Core information, protocols, and herb data carry no paywalls — ever. Everyone deserves access.

Community-Driven

Real protocols from real people, not just institutions. The most valuable knowledge often lives with patients and caregivers themselves.

Meet the Vision

iOnco is a solo founder project driven by a single conviction: the knowledge needed to navigate cancer — integrative, evidence-referenced, and community-tested — should not be locked behind expensive consultations, academic paywalls, or scattered across the internet.

Passionate about integrative oncology and frustrated by the fragmented information landscape, this platform was built from scratch to be the resource that should have existed years ago. Every design decision, every data structure, every AI interaction is shaped by one question: does this meaningfully help someone facing cancer?
